Really excited to read the interview and sad to see her go, but Milena’s website isn’t closing because of illegal file-sharing. It’s closing because it never evolved. Unless you’re incredibly popular, a personal website featuring mainly one model just can’t sustain itself, not at the prices they’re asking for. And when you only offer your club members 2 photosets a month for $20 US when you can get SO much more content for less on other websites… there’s just no incentive.

Whoever runs Nadine’s website at least took steps to provide more content by featuring more models, and that, I think, is the only way that smaller websites can hope to stand a chance in this market. That, and the content has to be worth the price point. $10 for a photoset where the model is fully clothed, other than her boobs… it’s almost a joke. I love Milena, but I hope that other small websites can learn from her mistakes. This is, after all, a service industry, and if you’re not giving fans what they want, they’ll just take their business elsewhere.

Her stuff is pretty good as is. She should do more with her girls from her site, perhaps go a bit further (maybe makeout. occasional easting out maybe), like be a bit more passionate perhaps. Definitely with Nadine, those two have a good dynamic. Perhaps continue the theme of Katerina and Nika totally running her.

Perhaps the reason Milena Velba’s website has been failing is because of the lack of new content. Since February this year there have been no new video updates. Nothing in March, April, May and now possibly June just the odd photoset. For regular members they must be feeling that this is a rip off and wondering what they are getting for their £16 a month membership fee. Milena said she’d worked in advance to provide videos and photosets until the website closes this summer so what is going on? Where are the new videos? Disgraceful treatment of her fans!
